Standard Delivery timeline ranges from 4 to 5 weeks; depending on the products. In case of international orders, there will be extra one week shipping time. All our products are on a made-to-order basis to avoid excess wastage of resources by the label and keep piling on inventory.

1. Returns: We do not accept returns on any product unless the product is damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at hello@kosheen.in within 24 hours of receiving the products. 2. Exchanges due to Size: If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship the product back to us with intact tags within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a small note detailing your size requirements and contact us at hello@kosheen.in.

3. Custom-made Orders: Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for custom-made orders; only size alteration is possible.
